NAMASTE FROM BUMP & MINI YOU YOGA
Just OM
Love & Laughter
Kindness is free

I enjoy learning from others, being around people and understanding why we are how we are.
After training in Austria to teach Yoga, following on from many years of attending Yoga classes, it gave a different view on how regular practice can open the eyes and senses.
Having found yoga a physically and mentally stimulating form of movement, it has become an enriching practice.

Previous to this being more of a high impact exercise fiend, this slower approach to thoughts, postures and breath was well needed and welcome.

I am willing to help anyone that wishes to attend and learn a little more or improve their practice.

My passion lies in guiding others to feel at ease, relaxed and to laugh...a lot.
Tuning in
Classes
Improving wellbeing is beneficial in many ways, ranging from the physical body to our mental state.
I aim to provide a calm and gentle approach to exercise the body and mind.
Offering a safe place to share experiences with other engaged and open-minded individuals.

Mother and Baby Yoga
Baby bonding & post natal yoga classes
In the mother and baby sessions, I aim to introduce yoga to the level at which is has been previously practiced and use practices which encourage mum and baby to bond a little more. Encouraging lots of baby stimulation through the use of stretches, mudras, guided meditation and yoga nidra techniques.
Focusing on the mums, I introduce stretches that can be used daily, for regular areas of strain, the neck, back and postures which help to alleviate these aches and pains. Using asanas to strengthen the legs, back, arms and offering options throughout.

Prenatal yoga
Opening the heart
To be present and focus on the present moment, is a concept new to most and can take time. Amongst many benefits of prenatal yoga, this skill to be present shall help improve many aspects of an expectant mother.

One of the aims of prenatal yoga being to help mum and baby relax together. Allowing them to ease into the whole experience gently and growing a deeper connection to their baby.

Yoga Philosophy
Controlled Concentration
Yoga Philosophy is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated. As such, should be conditioned together. Bump & Mini You Yoga will introduce the coordination of breath and physical movement techniques.
With an aim to improve focus, concentration, along with the control of their body and mind.

1-2-1 sessions

1-2-1 sessions are suited to individuals who wish to progress their practice with more focused and specialist guidance on a more personal level. Using this time we can work on injuries, a variety of ailments or work on your personal yoga practice.
Yoga 1-2-1 is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.
1-2-1 sessions work to improve the coordination of breath and physical movement. To improve focus and concentration, and help to regain control of their body and mind.

Who I Am
I have been teaching wellbeing focused classes locally for the last few years but have found mother and baby, pre and postnatal yoga to be very beneficial.

I have been lucky enough to have travelled around various different countries, experiencing a range of holistic therapies, yoga practice and training.

These experiences have gifted me with patience, understanding and love for all things money cannot buy. Working with mothers and their babies is a real honour.
Love isn't just what you can see but what you can feel in your heart and soul.

Testimonials
Yoga lovelies
"The mother & baby class is a really lovely way to spend an hour. It's some time to do something for myself while spending quality time with my baby. It's been great for stretching out some of those aching muscles and is starting to help me get some of my pre pregnancy tone back!"
Anna - Mother & Baby Yoga
“Bump & Mini You Yoga has very quickly become one of the highlights of my week! Hollie creates a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where you can be yourself. All of the exercises are well thought out and Hollie adapts these to each person so that you are comfortable and get the most out of the session. I'd highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a gentle way to exercise whilst pregnant and I am so glad that I decided to try it out, I'll definitely be continuing throughout all of my pregnancy."
Lizzie - Prenatal Yoga

Emily - Mother & Baby
"I joined Bump and Mini You Yoga - PreNatal Yoga -Â at 12 weeks pregnant. I have made some good friends at this group and my baby has made friends too.
I actually made a close mum friend through Hollie's group, which without that experience I feel my pregnancy and mum life would have been very isolating.Â
Hollie is fantastic, so supportive and great with the babies.
My baby is now 6 months old and we go to the Mum and Baby Yoga which she loves, with the same group of ladies that attended the pre natal yoga sessions.
Thank you Hollie for making us laugh each time we see you. X "
Kelly - Pre & Post Natal Yoga
"I attended Hollie's pregnancy yoga class right through from 12 weeks pregnant and I returned to her mum and baby yoga class as soon as I could afterI had my little boy. It's the highlight of our week! It's a lovely social group and I always leave with a big smile on my face. I find the class improves not only my physical health but plays a huge part in my mental well being as well.Â
Hollie adapts each class based on our aches and pains from carrying babies all day. I would highly recommend the class to anyone looking for a gentle way back into exercise after having their baby or anyone looking for a mum friend!Â
Thank you for creating such a happy space and for bringing us together Hollie. X
